T-Rhexan 1 is a proprietary water-soluble blend of cellulose derivative and starch — a cost-effective, high-performance replacement for xanthan gum, carrageenan, and other hydrocolloids. It is uniquely formulated to perform at low pH (3.0–3.4), where standard xanthan gum and CMC break down.
